What to do if SGR Ticketing and booking portal fails to book and ticket your seats or portal not open???

Sometimes it happen to the place where there are low Internet connection the SGR portal fails to open as well as fails to book seat , So when this happen the passenger is Advised to visit the SGR office at station to get ticket physically or try to buy SGR Ticketing via mobile banking.

 

At which time does the passenger needed to arrive at SGR Station before Required Departure time ???

Mostly , the SGR passenger delay to arrive at station during departure day as the results they are missing the train , So from that issue All SGR passenger are required and Advised to reach at station two hour [2hrs] before departure time in order to avoid train missing.

 

What  does not allowed to travel with SGR train ???

Most of the Tanzanian SGR passenger are not aware on things which are not allowed to travel with , The weapon , Animal ,outside drinks and food , low quality bags , luggage over 30kg , Utensils these are not allowed to travel with SGR during departure day.

 

Is it possible to Cancel SGR Ticketing ???

Yes it is possible to Cancel SGR ticket but it is Accepted three hours [3hrs] before departure time , the Passenger can arrive to SGR Office station and cancel or refund the money.
